The hotel offers comfortable rooms and friendly service, but could improve with darker blinds in the rooms. It's a bit secluded but ideal for peace and quiet. The dining experience is delightful, featuring a lovely spread, though an earlier breakfast start would be appreciated.
The hotel has a high-end modern feel and is great for walking into Gorey with accessible restaurants at night. The staff are exceptionally helpful and pleasant, but there were smokers near the entrance which was not ideal.
The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff that lifted the experience from 'average' to 'good'. The location was fine, though there were some neglected areas with old furnishings. The dining experience was good overall, with mostly reasonable choices, but the lack of fresh fruit was disappointing. The facilities were up to standard, offering what was needed for a comfortable stay.
